Big Day of Giving Peer to Peer Fundraiser (GN)

Scope of Work: Big Day of Giving is an annual 24-hour giving challenge to help local nonprofits raise funds to make a difference in the Sacramento region.

 

As a Peer to Peer Fundraiser, you will use your passion and network to help strengthen our community of welcome to raise unrestricted funds. These funds will be used to sustain daily operations at Opening Doors and to maintain special projects like Welcome House.

 

As a Peer to Peer Fundraiser, we will show you how to create a fundraising page for you to share with your personal network leading up to and on BDOG.

 

Time Commitment: On Tuesday, April 16 from 11:00am-12:30pm, we will host an informational session/training for volunteers interested in being Peer to Peer Fundraisers. You are welcome to swing by anytime during this time frame.

 

If you are not able to attend this session but would like to be a Peer to Peer Fundraiser, please email our Senior Development Associate, Mollie Murbach, mollie@openingdoorsinc.org.

 

Early giving opens April 18, 2024 so Peer to Peer Fundraisers will be encouraged to share their fundraising pages with their personal network beginning then through BDOG (May 2, 2024).
