Responsibilities: Taxes can be so confusing, especially for those who have little experience. You can relieve this daunting fear for people in Benton Harbor when you serve as a knowledgeable tax consultant that can help them navigate all the ins and outs of tax preparation in terms they can understand.

Skills: You are knowledgeable about how to complete federal and state tax filings, you are accustomed to being confidential, you have the ability to explain things calmly and clearly in a nonjudgmental manner, you are familiar with resources that may be needed for our clients. This is a strictly advisory role, and you are not responsible for the accuracy of the final filing.

Times/Days Needed:

3 hours per week or bi-weekly, January through April
