UV's Summer Ventures Program is a full day summer program designed to prevent summer learning loss and make academic gains during the summers.

The "Peak Performance" class will work with HS students to help them gain Leadership skills, learn about habit changes, time management, healthy coping mechanisms and more.

Hours: Mondays - Wednesdays from 8:45am - 11:30am

Time Commitment: 7 weeks (June 24th - Aug 8th)

We are looking for consistent volunteers who can make most, if not all, of the 7 weeks of our summer programming and MUST be able to volunteer at least 2 days a week.

Specific Dates:

There will be no programming on July 3rd or July 4th

Specific Responsibilities:
* Assist Classroom Teachers

* Act as Table Hosts

* Help facilitate breakout discussions

PLEASE NOTE:

* Must be 18+ years old to volunteer with this opportunity

* A Background Check & Child Safety Training are required for any opportunity that works with our participants

* All Volunteers must participate in training before programming begins and will receive ongoing training throughout programming
