Service Project Details

The Arkansas Foodbank provides opportunities for those needing to complete community service hours. Opportunities include working on site to support facility services and completing warehouse projects to distribute food for agencies who support those in need. Community service workers report to the Operations Director and will also work with the Facilities Manager while completing their community service hours.

All paperwork as required by the terms of the community service that must be signed to show the completion of required hours must be provided to the Operations Director.

A service project application must be completed online at https://arkansasfoodbank.org/how-can-i-help-2/volunteer/. Please search for the Arkansas Foodbank "Court Ordered Only" Community Service position under the Service Project link. The position must be accepted by the Operations Director. The Operations Director will schedule a screening interview with the applicant.

COVID-19 Screening: All Arkansas Foodbank volunteers are required to wear a mask at all times while volunteering. Volunteering at the Arkansas Foodbank and at Foodbank events requires temperature screening.
