Early Childhood
Service Leader (adult): A Service Leader is one that directly assists the early childhood pastor and his/her team in ensuring services run smoothly. They are all about creating a welcoming atmosphere, welcoming and directing families to their classrooms, assigning playground time, monitoring the hallways, and assisting Classroom Leaders as needed.
Classroom Leader (adult): A Classroom Leader plants the seed of God’s love and truth in the hearts of our very youngest and most impressionable. They are warm and welcoming, teaching them through a fun and interactive teaching, making the little ones feel safe and secure, and engaging with their parents.
Student Leader: A Student Leader is 12-18 years old and is eager and willing to use their gifts unto the Lord to serve others, and teachable to learn how. They serve alongside adult leaders, engaging with babies and/or preschoolers while assisting with the teaching of lessons and activities. They are role models for the kids they lead and truly the heartbeat of VC Kids ministry!
