I understand I am volunteering my services to The Food Bank. I further understand that my health and safety is my own responsibility and that I am free at any time to refuse to do anything for The Food Bank that I am not comfortable with or that poses a hazard to my health and safety. I understand I am expressly assuming all risk, including but not limited to all risk of injury or illness and damage, associated with, arising from, and/or the result of my volunteer participation at The Food Bank. With knowledge of these risks, I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless The Food Bank, its officers, directors, employees, successors, assigns, legal representatives, organizers, sponsors and supervisors of its activities, from any and all claims, causes of action and liability arising from or in any way connected with my volunteer participation with The Food Bank.
I, further, grant permission to The Food Bank to use, without cost or approval, any photographs, videos, or audio taken of me while I am volunteering in The Food Banks activities.
